Our walk-in services address a comprehensive range of non-life-threatening acute illnesses and injuries, from cuts and burns to broken bones and sprains. Pricing
Integrity Medical Center will offer its services at a Monthly membership using the following categories and rates:
- Individual monthly membership, $100
- Additional $50 for spouse/SO living in the same household
- Additional $25 for each child in the same household under the age of 18
- Pediatric membership, $60
- 5% discount for pre-paid 6-month membership (non refundable); 10% discount for pre-paid 1-year membership (non refundable)
- Business membership individual, $95
- Add employee spouse/SO in the same household to business membership $45
- Additional $20 for each employee child in the same household under the age of 18
- 5% discount for pre-paid 6-month membership (non refundable); 10% discount for pre-paid 1-year membership (non-refundable)
A one-time, non-refundable fee of $100 is required for confirmed scheduling and onboarding processes of gathering medical records, chart review, and creation. Business memberships have a one-time enrollment fee waived.
